Major Iftar at RMIT Bundoora
Iftaar at RMIT Bundoora
Important Ramadan Update

Asalamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu,Dear All,

 *** IMPORTANT UPDATE ***

After due consideration and seeking advice from Scholars around Australia and Saudi Arabia, due to the amount of confusion in the community about when Ramadan is, it is advised to complete the 30 days of Shaban and to follow the majority of the Victorian community, therefore it is advised to fast on Thursday the 12th of August insha’Allah.

However if you are fasting on the Wednesday that is ok too inshaAllah (wallahu 3alam).

RMITIS will not be holding an iftar on the Wednesday but will make dates/drinks available in the prayer rooms (Building 11, lvl 3) insha’Allah. For further information email info@rmitis.org.au
